South Africa votes as government runs twenty-year plan

South Africans have been voting today in the national parliamentary and provincial elections.
In the fifth all-race election since white minority rule ended in 1994, it is widely expected that the ruling African National Congress (ANC) will return to power.
Bloomberg’s Nasreen Seria said the ANC's twenty-year plan is to boost the economy by more than five per cent, reduce unemployment and improve competitiveness.
